Influencer Marketing – What Is It?
By this point, you have probably heard the term “Influencer” a few (million) times. And you probably even follow an Influencer or two on your own social media accounts. But do you know what an Influencer is? And do you know that these same Influencers can help your business grow and can positively impact your bottom line?
By definition, an Influencer is a user in the digital space that has established credibility in a specific industry. An Influencer has access to a large audience and can persuade others to act or purchase by virtue of their authenticity and reach.
So with that, Influencer Marketing is simply a type of marketing that utilizes Influencers in order to tap into their engaged audiences.
Fun fact, Influencers are not limited to just humans. There are thousands of animal Influencers as well! Some of our favorites are: Loki the Wolfdog, Pumpkin The Raccoon, Menswear Dog, and Lionel The ‘Hog.
