How To Create A Lead Form On MailChimp

Once you have a MailChimp account and are logged in, click the “Lists” button in the top left. From here, you can either create a new list like we did, or choose an existing list. Once you have chosen a list, click on “Signup forms”.

Here, you have options on what kind of form you would like to create. You can create one that acts as it’s own landing page or a pop-up that you can easily embed into your website. Choose whatever one will work best for you and your plan!

From there, you will find your normal MailChimp drag-and-drop format so that you can create your form exactly how you want it. You are able to customize it to your brand colors, add images, and more!
